- Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.

4. Refunds

5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we are happy to arrange an exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
6. Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
